Position Summary

This position supports classroom and office operations on campus. The role focuses on student support, test coordination, and administrative assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with student inquiries and computer issues during classroom sessions.
• Provide student support in the classroom.
• Maintain student attendance records.
• Mail assignments and proctor tests.
• Book tests and coordinate scheduling with instructors.
• Scan and email test materials.
• Photocopy, file, and fax documents.
• Greet students and answer telephone calls.
• Check and respond to campus e‑mail.
• Coordinate tests in the Campus Outlook calendar and identify scheduling conflicts.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year certificate or equivalent education.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
