SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Class C CDL Drivers serves as the supervisor of the company vehicle and is responsible for the loading and unloading of his company truck. Assisting the movers carrying material to the truck and delegating proper loading of the boxes, furniture and or office equipment onto the vehicle. This license allows the driver to operate any vehicle with a GVWR greater than 26,000 pounds, as well as any vehicle towing a trailer that does not exceed a GVWR of 10,000 pounds
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform vehicles Pre-Trip inspections to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order. Turn in Pre-Trip forms to Fleet Safety and report any vehicle issues.

• Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting household goods. Check that doors are securely closed, and equipment is placed in the truck's designated compartment.
