$1,500 Summer Performance Bonus:
- Earn up to $1,500 this summer - $500 per month in June, July, and August - by meeting our monthly performance standards. This bonus is paid monthly, so you see the reward right away.
- Perfect attendance (no call outs, no tardiness).
- Short/found rate of 1 out of 2,500 cases or less.
- No preventable accidents.
- No customer complaints.
- No disciplinary write-ups.
- Accurate driver return forms submitted for every run.
- Pre-trip, post-trip and fuel-up competed each shift.
- Netradyne score of 900 or above.
