Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week ($92,000 annually).




• Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.




• Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (starting after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.




• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (Paid out in 3 months).
