Job Description

HGV Class 2 Driver (13 week Temp-to-Perm)

Our client is currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver on a 13 week temp to perm. Our client is within the kitchen manufacturing and delivery sector.


This is an urgent requirement, with a view to start as soon as possible following interview and induction.


Role Overview:

  • Delivery of kitchen units to retail and contract customers across the UK.

  • Manual handling of kitchen components is a key part of the role.

  • Up to 2–3 nights out per week required (overnight allowances paid).

  • Responsible for timely, safe, and professional deliveries.

  • Compliance with EU Drivers’ Hours Rules and Working Time Directive.

    • Requirements:

  • Category C (Class 2) Licence – with a clean driving record.

  • Valid Driver CPC.

  • Digital Tachograph Card.

  • Physically fit – capable of manual handling.
