Job Description
The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the Claims Department delivers the required performance by providing leadership, development and coaching of Team, implementing process improvements and embedding a high-performance mindset, culture and framework to achieve service levels and improvements against set targets whilst mitigating loses.
What the role consists of:
The effective management and the overall performance of the allocated claims teams, including recruitment process of new and vacancies. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal guidelines. Achieve annual Financial, Customer, Operational, and Quality Assurance, Risk and Technical Targets and ensure all relevant steps are taken to ensure the best possible result is achieved for each of these targets. Build team success through coaching and development of the Claims Assessors; providing ongoing technical support and to maximise team productivity.
What the role consists of:
