As a Claims Resolution Specialist (internally referred to as a Contract Administrator), you are responsible for managing construction-related damage claims and supporting the resolution process from start to finish. This position serves as a key liaison between contractors, customers, commercial businesses, field operations teams, and internal departments, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and successful claim closure.
