Job Description

  • Schedule appointments with customers.
  • Conduct inspections of vehicle damage (cars and motorcycles) for insured parties, third parties, and assess bodily injury or death.
  • Evaluate property damage.
  • Prepare summary reports of damaged property items.
  • Collect and upload claim-related information and documents into the computer system.
  • Negotiate settlement amounts and follow up on settlement agreements.
  • Male, no age limit.
  • Vocational certificate or higher in Political Science, Law, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of insurance law, traffic law, and repair cost estimation.
  • Negotiation, mediation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good personality and interpersonal skills, honesty, responsibility, punctuality, and service-minded.
  • Own a motorcycle and be able to use it for work
