Pace Car Rental, a leading name in the car rental industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Administrator to join our dynamic Claims Department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the claims recovery process, ensuring efficient resolution and maximum reimbursement for damages incurred.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Evaluate and process claims for damages, losses, and liabilities incurred by Pace Car Rental.
2. Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to gather necessary information and documentation for claims processing.
3. Negotiate settlements and pursue recovery from responsible parties, including insurance companies, individuals, and businesses.
4. Maintain accurate records of claim activities, correspondence, and settlements.
5. Provide guidance and support to junior claims administrators as needed.
