About the Role

Mō te tūranga mahi As aCover Assessor you are responsible for assessing claims to make cover decisions in accordance with relevant legislation and medical information. You will be gathering information from a wide variety of sources, contacting employers, providers, medical specialists, and clients to be able to make sound decisions on cover.

There are multiple areas of Cover that you can learn:

• Work Related Gradual Process
• Treatment Injury
• Mental Injury
• Hearing Loss
• Accidental Death

As aTreatment & Support Assessor you are responsible for assessing requests for treatments and/or supports on claims. There are a range of work types in this team, and your day could include reviewing medical information, relevant legislation, and clinical guidance to provide our clients with an outcome to claims for treatments and/or supports in the following areas:
