This role supports the Safety and Risk Management (SRM) team by preventing, investigating, and managing vehicle, equipment, incident, cargo, and workersβ compensation claims. The Claims Administrator accurately enters and maintains claim data in the Inland Claims System (ICS), coordinates with insurance companies, and assists with safety-related evaluations and programs for drivers. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate claims handling and in supporting company safety initiatives at the corporate headquarters.
