Job Description

• Responsible for daily claims operations, handling, and servicing to ensure all claims meet company service standards and client satisfaction and to achieve company objectives and goals.
• Process claim documentation/attachments (e.g., correspondence, loss adjuster reports) accurately.
• Open and adjust claims in the claims database system.
• Organize and maintain detailed office or warehouse records, keeping claim files for each incident.
• Assist with other work processing or tasks as required by the manager.
• Prepare reports for the manager to monitor claim status and condition (e.g., new claim enquiries, monthly claim performance report, and ad hoc reports as required).
• Coordinate with the accounting and finance teams regarding claim payments.
