:
  • Bearbeitung der E-Mail-Korrespondenz (Deutsch und Englisch) mit den Trainingsansprechpartnern unsererVertriebspartner (Trainingsanmeldungen, Rückfragen, Änderungswünsche, logistische Unterstützung bei derDurchführung von Trainings, …)

  • Verantwortung für die Administration im Trainingsmanagementsystem OneLearning (Anlage, Trainingstypen,Pflege von Stammdaten, “Recorden von Trainings“, Erstellung von Trainingsreports)

  • Abrechnung der Trainings und Organisation der Teilnehmerbewirtung

  • Zuständigkeit für die interne Rechnungsabwicklung (Bestellung und Abrechnung div. Büro- undVerbrauchsmaterialien)

  • Analyse, Dokumentation Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungspotentialen im Bereich Administration.
