An opportunity, inside IR 35, exists for an experienced Civils Estimator to join a Tier 1 contractor delivering aviation and runway refurbishments countrywide.

This is a Hybrid opportunity with occasional visits to the office in Oxfordshire OX18.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile airside schemes within live airport environments.

Your responsibilities will include -

Preparing detailed cost estimates for runway, airfield and heavy civils works

Working on NEC contracts (Options C/E) including target pricing and change management

Producing accurate Candy build-ups and cost plans

Supporting tender submissions and contributing to winning bids on major frameworks

Collaborating with commercial, planning and operations teams to develop robust pricing strategies

Managing multiple estimates across complex, phased and live environments
