Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Reviews assigned reports made to the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX and makes immediate contact per standard operating procedures.
+ Coordinates all outreach and ongoing communication to all parties associated with reports, including complainants, respondents, and witnesses.
+ Meets with involved parties to discuss: (1) university processes; (2) parties’ rights and options in the process, including the right to confidentiality, right to contact law enforcement, etc.; (3) supportive and interim measures; (4) accommodations, including academic, housing, employment, and transportation; (5) referrals to counseling ( CAPS and EAP ), Student Health Center, Dean of Students Office, University Ombuds, etc. as needed; (6) on- and off-campus resources; (7) preservation of e...
