Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
β’ Liaises with stakeholders including Client Services & Support, Compliance and related teams to coordinate service / product ordering, delivery, processing and payment.
β’ Performs all required administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner (i.e., data entry / input for client enterprise, claims processing / review, banking and other outsourced types of service.
β’ Ensures all transactions / enquiries are processed accurately and within agreed upon quality targets and timeframes.
β’ Troubleshoots data processing issues and provides timely resolution.
β’ Serves as a point of contact on complaints and problems logged and assists in the reporting and resolution of such complaints and problems.
β’ Identifies process improvements and recommends opportunities to enhance client services.
