Civil / Preventive Maintenance Technicians

5 Civil Tech and 5 PM Tech

Qualifications

• Routine inspections and HVAC cleaning/maintenance
• Skills in Carpentry, Masonry, and Plumbing
• Must have an Electrical Background for basic repairs and troubleshooting
• Ability to handle minor civil works and site upkeep
• Must know how to drive a motorcycle and have a valid Driver's License

Special Requirement

Ozamiz applicants must be willing to undergo a minimum of 2 weeks of training in CDO
