Job Description
Responsible for managing and executing all construction activities within an assigned project section (area-wise or structure-wise), coordinating across disciplines (civil, mechanical, structural, electrical) to ensure timely, safe, and quality delivery of work within the defined scope. Lead execution for all assigned works in the section – civil, structural, and MEP as applicable. Coordinate day-to-day activities between engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers. Plan and monitor section-wise progress in line with the project schedule and milestones. Review construction drawings and ensure execution adheres to technical requirements and standards Conduct inspections, participate in internal/external audits, and close observations/ NCRs.
