Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Civil Estimator with Interior Fit‑Out experience to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take‑offs, and tender submissions for interior and fit‑out projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of project costing, materials, and estimation processes related to interior works.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, and fit‑out specifications
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take‑offs, and detailed cost estimates
• Analyze project costs including materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare tender and bid submissions accurately and within deadlines
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams
• Monitor market prices and material costs
