Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineering Program Manager to lead the planning, design, and construction of a variety of rehabilitation and facilities improvement projects. This role requires hands-on involvement in all phases of project delivery, from scope development and cost estimation to procurement, contract administration, and project controls. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with internal departments, operations staff, and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and integration of projects into asset management systems.
