The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and implementing projects related to civil engineering such as roads, bridges, dams, buildings, and other similar structures. The Civil Engineer will also need to inspect existing structures and ensure they adhere to safety standards. In addition to this they will need to report progress on projects to senior management.
