What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Relevant tertiary qualification or diploma in Civil Design or related field
• Experience preparing civil design drawings for land development projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Civil 12D
• Working knowledge of Australian standards (AS/NZS 1170, AS 2159, AS 1742) and local council guidelines
• Ability to interpret survey data, engineering drawings, and geotechnical reports
• Basic understanding of civil design principles (stormwater, sewer, water, roads, and earthworks)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to elevate issues appropriately
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
