The Civil Design Engineering Leader will manage the civil design team. This role will oversee and coordinate the preparation of civil engineering design documents including Auto CAD & Civil 3 D drawing packages, material quantity estimates, design reports and technical specifications, among others.

Direct, lead and coordinate the work for the civil design discipline providing guidance, mentorship and performance feedback to ensure quality deliverables.
Review the integration of technical activities and products related to design and engineering work in the office and on site.
