CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Work Location: Northern BC site. Employment Type: Independent Contractor. Rotation Schedule: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage on‑site construction activities, with a strong focus on heavy civil and earthworks scopes
• Coordinate contractors and construction teams to ensure work aligns with approved plans and schedules
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Monitor daily progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues or delays
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits
• Prepare and deliver daily and weekly construction progress reports
• Manage labour, materials, and equipment resources effectively
