Job description:

Manage all civil construction activities related to the onshore substation, including site preparation, foundations, buildings, access roads, drainage, and utilities.

Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and resource allocation in coordination with project management and engineering teams.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of works.

Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical or logistical issues as they arise.
