We are seeking candidates with a background in civil construction, utilities, and maintenance operations. You will be vital in coordinating activities, managing schedules, and supporting field teams. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with subcontractors and management while adapting to site changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Civil Manager and General Manager directly
• Collect and review daily and weekly documentation
• Coordinate communication between various teams
• Book logistics for travel and training needs
• Promote a safety-first culture throughout operations
Requirements:
• Experience in road building or heavy industrial operations
• Ability to work on uneven terrain and active sites
• Familiarity with CMMS systems
