Job Description: Civil Chargehand

Location: Dubai UAE

Salary: 35000 per month

The Civil Chargehand will be responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site civil construction activities ensuring work is executed as per drawings specifications safety standards and project timelines. This role acts as a key link between site engineers and the workforce ensuring productivity quality and compliance at the site level.

• Supervise daily civil construction activities including concrete works masonry plastering and finishing works

• Allocate tasks to masons helpers and subcontract workers and monitor their performance

• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings specifications and site instructions
