Job Description
The Civil/Architectural Inspector will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. Conducts site inspections, reviews workmanship and materials, identifies non-conformances, and coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.
Inspect architectural works including blockwork, finishes, waterproofing, cladding, and interior fit-outs.
Verify works are in accordance with approved shop drawings, materials, and method statements.
Review IRs (Inspection Requests) and verify readiness of works before submission.
Monitor construction of themed elements and ensure accuracy to approved mock-ups and samples.
Ensure correct use and installation of materials as per project approvals.
