Cloud Support Lead (Citrix + Azure)

Location: Canada (Remote)

Long Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Support Lead with strong expertise in Cloud Operations, Azure infrastructure, and Citrix environments to support enterprise‑scale production systems in a 24x7 operational environment.

Experience Required

• 8+ years in Cloud Operations / SRE environments
• 2+ years hands‑on experience with Citrix environments preferred
• Experience working in NOC / Managed Services environments is highly preferred

Must Have Skills

• Microsoft Azure fundamentals
• VDA hosting on Azure
• Azure Monitor alerts
• Basic VM & networking operations
• Scripting Expertise: PowerShell or Bash
• Log parsing, alert triage & automation
• Runbook / SOP execution
• ITSM tools & PagerDuty
• Latency & quality metrics
• Authentication troubleshooting
