Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in migrating contact center applications from Cisco on-premise solutions to Cisco Webex CCE. This role will involve working directly with customers to remediate and migrate contact center IVR systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 10 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Cisco platforms.
- Strong experience in Cisco Platform, SIP trunks, WXCC, CUCM SME, and AudioCodes Clients.
- Ability to troubleshoot and remediate GDF integration issues.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
