Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning and design implementation of analog/mixed-signal circuit solutions, performance optimization, simulation verification, and testing-related work
- Responsible for the design of high‑performance, ultra‑low voltage custom circuits under advanced processes. Able to deliver integrable digital units or modules based on specific PPA requirements, starting from transistor selection, layout effect analysis, and unit logic merging and simplification, with a focus on underlying optimization thinking
- Responsible for the hardware design and debugging of switch‑mode power supplies, solving hardware technical issues during product development and mass production stages
- Multiple tasks including but not limited to: design of commonly used analog chips or IP, transistor‑level circuit design and simulation, layout planning and design, timing library characterization extraction, and custom design of SRAM/DRAM/RRAM; devel...
