- Knowledge and prior experience in academic training (SSAT/SAT/ACT/IELTS/TOEFL) are preferred, but not an absolute essential.
-Learn how to use technological communication tools at work, continue to develop personal skills and expertise.
-Handle customer service issues, quickly adapt to changes under different circumstances
