-JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Pre-Audit Preparation

• Conduct internal gap assessments against SMETA (ETI Base Code), BSCI, SLCP, and Better Work requirements.
• Prepare and maintain all required compliance documentation, including: 
• Labor contracts, payroll and time records
• Internal regulations and employee handbooks
• Health Safety policies, risk assessments, training records
• Fire safety, chemical management (SDS), and machine safety records
• Coordinate with HR, EHS, Production, Maintenance, and Facility teams to ensure audit readiness.
• Provide training and awareness sessions for management and workers on labor standards, HS, and audit interview preparation.
• Register, schedule, and manage audits with third-party auditors (e.g., LRQA, SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas).
• Manage audit platforms such as Sedex, BSCI, SLCP Gateway, Better Work portal.
