Job Description

Recruitment (60%):

  • Develop and implement recruitment plan.
  • Collaborate with Agency Sales Heads to set and achieve recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Establish relationship, understand agency compensation and selling points to recruit elite and quality talents in the market.
  • Track recruitment activities and results to ensure alignment with agency strategy.

  • Create and execute activities that drive recruitment improvements.
