Job Description

  • To handle enquiries from distributors and customers 
  • To provide one-stop service and solutions to distributors and customers in relation to procedure, payment, administration guidelines and case progress, etc. 
  • To provide recommendations in process review / revamp to streamline the workflow / procedures for efficiency gain
  • To assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
  • University graduate preferred or matriculated with 2 years or more relevant experience in financial or insurance industries, preferably with frontline servicing exposure
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese, and fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • IIQE (Paper 1, 3 and 5) license holder preferred
  • Good communication and problem solving skill

  • Able to work under pressure
