1. Quality Management and Control:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and policies for the entire garment manufacturing process.
- Monitor the entire production process from raw materials to finished products to ensure consistent quality and manage all quality control activities.
- Conduct thorough inspections of garments at various stages.
- Ensure the quality of raw materials and accessories meets mandatory standards. 2. Problem Solving:
- Identify and proactively resolve quality issues.
- Handle customer complaints related to product quality. 3. Documentation and Reporting:
- Provide interpretation support during communication and meetings, and during expert/customer visits to the factory.
