Job Description

As retail field trainer, you will work closely with both retail and office teams. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, adaptation, delivery, and evaluation of training programs focused on brand culture, product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service to support business objectives. Additionally, you will assist the Retail Area Manager in gathering feedback from the field through regular on-site coaching and observation.

  • Champion the Vuori brand spirit and culture, ensuring the retail team deeply understands and lives out our core values. 
  • Oversee the NSO onboarding training program for new China retail stores. Inspire, motivate, and train the field sales force through in-store and digital coaching.
