About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner to lead our business development efforts across all of ERM’s service lines and support Chinese enterprises expanding overseas. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong project finance background, in-depth knowledge of international sustainability standards, and a proven network among Chinese outbound clients.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Relationship

  • Lead the expansion of client networks, with a focus on international banking institutions, such as Equator Principles Financial Institutions and Multilateral Development Banks, and Chinese enterprises going overseas.
  • Utilize existing relationships in the project finance sector to originate and grow advisory projects of new capital investments overseas, especially those requiring ESG, risk management, and sustainability compliance.
