RESPONSIBLE TO : Contact Centre Manager
Salary : Β£29,000 per year
Working hours : 39.5 hours per week
Working days : Tuesday-Saturday (including bank holidays)
This is initially a temporary position for 6 months, with the potential to become permanent subject to business needs and performance.
Main Objectives:
The Deputy Manager supports the Centre Manager in the day-to-day management of the Family Time and Family Support services offered by the organisation, ensuring the safe, child-focused delivery of services.
