We are looking for a Care Coordinator with strong skills to join our Biddeford BHH team. You will work with the children of families within our catchment area based out of the Biddeford office which covers York County. You will join a team of Care Coordinators, family support persons, clinical leads, and medical/psychiatric/and nursing supports. We are looking for someone with the ability to manage a busy schedule, the needs of each family, and documentation needs.
The position is 40 hours per week and pays between $23.00-$27.00 per hour with opportunities for monthly and quarterly incentives.
