About the Role: Goose Industrial Solutions is looking for a technically strong, team-oriented Automation Team Lead to drive our growing portfolio of industrial automation projects. This is a hands-on leadership position, you will be equally at home on the shop floor during site commissioning, at a panel during troubleshooting, and at a desk supporting the design team. You will lead a team of 4–5 automation engineers, mentor them through project execution, and be the go-to technical authority on PLC/SCADA programming, VFD integration, and panel engineering.
