UNC Health is seeking a Certified Child Life Specialist I to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. This role is designed for a clinician who brings demonstrated resilience and the ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment. In this high-acuity setting, you will support critically ill children and their families while advancing compassionate care, clinical excellence, and resilience across the care continuum.
Ideal candidates will have at least one year of ICU experience.
