**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**The Child Life Specialist provides a therapeutic environment for the hospitalized child and family. The CLS evaluates the adjustment to the hospital environment and provides emotional support to patients and their families. The CLS acts as a resource for members of the healthcare team.**
