The CTO will lead Small Business Companys technology vision, delivery excellence, and innovation strategy with a primary focus on expanding and scaling within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) ecosystem. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, federal capture support, and client-facing strategy to drive growth across CMS and HHS programs. Responsibilities: Define and execute companys technology roadmap aligned to CMS and HHS priorities Lead innovation in, AI/ML (Agentic AI, medical record automation), Data governance & interoperability and Cloud modernization (AWS/Azure/GCP). Serve as a thought leader in CMS program integrity and healthcare IT Build reusable accelerators and IP for CMS programs Provide executive oversight across company wide technology projects Ensure delivery is, On time, within budget and compliant with federal regulations (FAR, CMS standards) Act as technical executive interface to all company's customers.
