Requirements

• 20+ years experience in technology/engineering, including 10+ years in engineering management leading multiple global functions
• Proven success as a CTO, VP Engineering, or senior technology leader in a B2B SaaS, fintech, communications, or regulated technology environment
• Must have trading floor systems experience, demonstrated deployments, and global experience in capital markets
• Proven success in leading large-scale architectural transformations
• Strong track record delivering mission‑critical, high‑availability platforms with demanding uptime and performance requirements
• Experience with complex systems spanning cloud based operations, deployed hardware and remote management
