Job Description
**Description:**
The Chief Steward is responsible for overseeing all stewarding operations within the resort, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in accordance with Alila brand standards and local health regulations. This role manages kitchen cleanliness, equipment maintenance, waste management, and stewarding team performance to support seamless F&B operations in a luxury environment.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 3β5 years of experience in stewarding, with at least 1β2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
+ Prior experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is highly desirable.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, sanitation standards, and HACCP.
+ Good understanding of stewarding equipment and chemical usage.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
