Job Description
The Chief Service Ambassador is the primary person to manage Butler Service Desk. Collect all guests’ preference to anticipate the entire VIPs’ need. Prepare all necessary steps to expand guest experience during their stay, and to support the implementation of Hyatt core values; “we care for people so they can be their best”. The Chief Service Ambassador will be required to conduct his/her duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
1.Fluency in English and Mandarin, other languages are desirable.
2.Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint.
3.Proficiency in Opera PMS, VingCard and experience with Infosys.
