**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assume overall responsibility for the navigation and safety of the vessel.
- Manage cargo operations efficiently and safely.
- Supervise crew members to ensure effective teamwork and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct ship inspections and maintain necessary documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Valid Chief Officer's Certificate of Competency (COC).
- Previous experience in a similar role on bulkcarrier vessels.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standards.
**Salary Range**:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
