**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), you're leading our nurses across every department to maintain compliance and exceed patient expectations. Everything we do is centered around humankindness. You'll use that as your motivation as you work with leadership and everyone in the hospital to ensure quality, safety, and a great patient experience. Every day, your role is part business, part quality director, and part motivator and encourager.
Youβll have direct influence over the care we provide to our patients, real people who are coming to us at the most vulnerable times in their life. To build trust with our teams while executing that mission, you have to be a transparent and deliberate leader in the hospital and the community.
