Position title : Regional Manager-Kolkata
Location : Kolkata
Department : ETF - Sales
Grade: Chief Manager-Kolkata
Organizational relationships Reports to: National Lead β ETF Sales Institutions and HNIs
Purpose of the Job:
To drive and manage business across all key verticals including Sales & Distribution, KCG (Key Client Group), and EPCG segments, while supporting local sales teams in strengthening and expanding the Passive (ETF & Index Funds) business. The role focuses on building scale, gaining market share, improving market penetration, and enhancing client engagement across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive overall business growth across Sales & Distribution, KCG, and EPCG verticals
Partner with regional/local sales teams to promote and increase Passive product penetration
Build and manage relationships with key institutional clients, distributors, and channel partners
